There is no catch. Apex invests in all equipment, technology, staffing, and operations. We generate revenue by taking a percentage of parking income. If we don’t perform, we don’t earn — so it’s in our interest to maximize your lot’s revenue.
2. How long does it take to get started?
Typically 2-4 weeks from signed agreement to full operation. This includes site assessment, equipment installation, signage, and staff deployment. We move quickly.
3. What types of properties do you work with?
We work with any property that has parking — retail centers, office buildings, hotels, apartment complexes, vacant lots, development sites, event venues, restaurants, and more.
4. How do I get paid?
You receive monthly revenue payments with a full breakdown report. Payments are made via ACH or check on a regular schedule. Full transparency guaranteed.
5. Do I lose control of my property?
Absolutely not. You retain full ownership and control. We simply manage the parking operations on your behalf. You can view all data and reports in real time via our dashboard.
6. What technology do you use?
We use enterprise-grade License Plate Recognition (LPR) cameras, digital pay stations, mobile payment apps, and cloud-based management software — all provided by our technology partner, City Parking Authority LLC.
7. Are there any contracts or long-term commitments?
We offer flexible agreements. Our goal is to demonstrate value quickly — most clients see significant revenue within the first month, and our partnerships naturally become long-term.
