Our Story
A Family Business Built on Doing Things Right
My brothers Mark, Grover, and I started Apex Parking Management because we kept seeing the same problem: property owners with perfectly good parking facilities sitting mostly empty — or worse, being abused by unauthorized parkers — with no easy way to turn that space into reliable income.
We'd been working in parking operations in South Florida for years. We knew the enforcement side through City Parking Authority, and we knew how to run a lot that actually made money. So we built a model where we take on all the upfront costs and share in the revenue we generate together.
What started in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale area has grown steadily as word spread. Today we manage parking facilities in cities across the country, and we run every single one the same way we ran our first lot: with attention to detail, honest communication, and a genuine interest in making it work for everyone involved.
